Please note that it is not compatible with 18mm thread or long reach and short reach spark plugs.

2. The tool features a dual marked stainless-steel feeler gauge with a measurement range from 0.001inch to 0.04inch (0.03mm to 1mm). Made of high-quality flexible 65 manganese steel, the gauge is hardened and polished for long-lasting and accurate use. It is the preferred tool in personal or professional machinery stores and automobile garages.

3. When working with spark plugs, be aware that some electrodes may bounce back due to the material of the plug. If you are aiming for a 0.046-inch gap, it is recommended to use a 0.044-inch feeler gauge size. It is better to start with a smaller scale than the target gap to ensure precision in your adjustments.

4. Using the tool is simple and straightforward. Place your spark plug on the gapper, select the desired feeler size, and slowly screw the knob until the side electrode compresses to the desired gap thickness. Please note that this tool is designed to close gaps, not to open them.
